摘要
基于安徽省5县473份农户微观调研数据,深入分析了社会资本和非农就业对农村居民消费升级的影响。研究结果显示:根据社会资本对农村居民消费升级的影响,社会资本每增加1%,农村居民消费升级平均提升29.6%;根据非农就业对农村居民消费升级的影响,非农就业收入比重每提升1%,农村居民消费升级平均增加0.286倍;根据非农就业的中介作用,社会资本通过提升非农就业收入比重而促进农村居民家庭消费升级的中介效应为0.021,约占总效应的7.095%。基于此,从重视农村居民社会资本培育与非农就业机会创造两方面提出建议。
The impact of social capital and off-farming employment on the consumption upgrading of rural residents is analyzed based on the microcosmic survey data of 473 rural households in 5 counties of Anhui province.The results show that the consumption upgrading of rural residents increases by an average of 29.6%when social capital increases by 1%;the consumption upgrading of rural residents increases by an average of 0.286 times when the proportion of off-farming employment income increases by 1%;the mediation effect of social capital in promoting the consumption upgrading of rural residents by increasing the proportion of off-farming employment income is 0.021,accounting for about 7.095%of the total effect.Countermeasures are put forward to cultivate social capital of rural residents and offer off-farming employment opportunities.
