青少年“社会情感能力”研究的历程检视和实践展望——基于2008-2023年63篇期刊文献的分析

摘要 依据青少年社会情感能力的研究现状,综合分析2008年至2023年63篇期刊文献的研究成果,从能力、素养和状态三个维度对社会情感能力的内涵与外延进行了梳理,提供了一个多角度、多层次的社会情感能力的理解框架。通过对社会情感能力测量和评测结果的多维审视,指出需采取综合措施提升青少年的社会情感能力、减少教育不公、缓解学生焦虑并预防校园欺凌,从而增进学生的心理健康和整体福祉。关注社会情感能力对个体、群体和教学本位的作用后果,并探讨影响青少年社会情感能力的内部和外部因素。在反思和展望部分,提出社会情感能力的纵深发展需要进一步的概念化和科学化,社会情感能力的培养和提升需要课程化和融合化。 This paper reviews the current state of research on adolescent social-emotional competence(SEC)by synthesizing the findings from 63 scholarly articles published between 2008 and 2023.It delineates the connotations and extensions of SEC across three dimensions:capabilities,literacy,and states,providing a multi-faceted and tiered framework for understanding this construct.Through a multidimensional examination of SEC assessment and evaluation outcomes,the paper identifies the necessity for integrated interventions to enhance adolescent SEC,mitigate educational disparities,alleviate student anxiety,and prevent school bullying,thereby fostering psychological health and overall well-being among students.The study addresses the consequences of SEC on the individual,collective,and pedagogical levels and explores the intrinsic and extrinsic factors influencing the development of SEC in adolescents.In the reflective and prospective sections,the paper advocates for further conceptualization and scientification of SEC,as well as the imperative for curriculum integration and an integrative approach to its cultivation and enhancement.
