己烷精制系统处理能力下降的原因分析与对策研究

摘要 为提高某公司高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置己烷精制系统处理能力,分析影响己烷精制系统的原因是换热器预热温度不足、系统虹吸效果变差,造成己烷精制系统处理量不足,通过采取倒空己烷/蜡分离罐、C9重组分定期排放等措施,大幅增加己烷精制系统稳定运行的时间,为企业带来巨大的经济效应。 In order to improve the processing capacity of the hexane refining system in a high-density polyethylene(HDPE)unit of a certain company,the reasons affecting the hexane refining system were analyzed,which were insufficient preheating temperature of the heat exchanger and poor system siphoning effect,resulting in insufficient processing capacity of the hexane refining system.Measures such as emptying the hexane/wax separation tank and regularly discharging C9 heavy components were taken to significantly increase the stable operation time of the hexane refining system,bringing huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
