摘要
通过对聚合物、黏壁物的剖析以及生产工艺参数的分析发现,聚合釜黏壁的主要原因是频繁的人工清釜、产品结构调整、聚合温度波动和聚合釜内液固物质的相比过低。通过改变催化剂粒径和活性、严格管理清釜作业操作、减少频繁开停车次数、控制聚合釜内合适的液固物质相比等方式,保证生产运行稳定等手段,有效缓解了聚合釜黏壁,延长了聚合釜运行周期。
The fouling in the polymerization reactor was found out to be caused mainly by frequent manual clean-up of the reactor, adjustment of product structure, fluctuations in polymerization temperature and relative low ratio of liquid to solid substances in the polymerization reactor in the light of the analyses of the resultant polymers and fouling materials and production process parameters. Fouling in the polymerization reactor was mitigated effectively and the operational cycle of the reactor was prolonged through the measures like changing particle size and activity of the catalyst, strictly managing clean-up procedures of the reactor, reducing times of start-up and shutdown, controlling ratio of liquid-solid phase at a proper level and keeping the production run stable.
