摘要
在印刷技术领域中,经常会因墨层厚度无法精准检测而产生印刷精度问题。现有的墨层厚度检测方法误差较大,为此本研究基于概率霍夫直线变换原理,提出了将激光三角测厚技术和图像处理技术相结合的墨层厚度检测方法。首先搭建墨层厚度检测系统平台,然后使用工业相机采集图像并处理采集的图像,最后基于概率霍夫直线变换方法获得激光偏移量,计算得到墨层厚度数值。本研究找到了适合该墨层厚度检测系统的激光入射角,并与传统测量方法进行对比测量实验。结果表明,测量误差小于3μm,验证了该方法能够有效测量透明薄膜印品墨层厚度。
In the field of printing technology,some accuracy problems are caused by the inking thickness not being accurately detected,and the existing inking thickness detection methods have a large error.Therefore,based on the principle of probability Hough line transformation,a method combining laser thickness triangulation technology and image processing technology was proposed to detect the ink layer thickness in this study.Firstly,the ink layer thickness detection system platform was built,then images were collected using the industrial camera and the acquired images were processed.Finally the laser offset based on the probability Hough line transformation method was obtained to calculate the ink layer thickness value.The laser incidence angle suitable for the ink layer thickness detection system was found in the study,and the measurement accuracy was compared with the traditional method,and it was found to be less than 3μm.This study verifies that the method can effectively measure the ink layer thickness of transparent film printing products.
