基于纸质SIM卡基制作中常见问题的分析

摘要 目前国内外现行的SIM卡基,采用PVC或ABS作为原材料制作。SIM卡基制作中需要大量的能源消耗并且排放出二氧化碳,不符合国家节能减排政策。芯片小卡置入手机后,其余部分完全废弃,给环境造成很大的污染。纸质SIM卡基,作为中国移动"绿色行动计划"的一项内容正在全国推广。纸质SIM卡基,采用ABS混合材料小卡与纸质卡套镶嵌组合而成。由于卡套采用纸质材料生产可以循环利用,对环境的污染降到最低。目前纸质SIM卡基制作中还存在粘结力大小的确定、卡套变形、激光打码一致性等问题,需要通过完善后才能形成成熟的制作工艺。 Nowadays, PVC or ABS is the raw material to produce card-base of SIM card. Producing card-base with PVC or ABS needs a lot of energy and emits carbon dioxide, and this conflicts with nation's energy-saving emission reduction policies. When people put SIM card in their cell-phones, they just throw card-body, which pollutes the environment. Paper card-base of SIM card, which is one project of "Green Action Plan" of China Mobile, is being rolled out around the country. Paper card-base of SIM card, consists of small card that is made of ABS and paper card-body. Since paper is recycled, paper card-base can minimize pollution. There are still some problems in the production processes, such as adhesion stress, deformation, and consistency of laser code, which need to be improved.
