摘要
采用大学生自我决定动机问卷和社会适应能力诊断量表探索高校大学生自我决定动机对其社会适应能力的影响。结果表明,高校大学生自我决定动机的均值高于理论中值,处于中等偏上水平,社会适应能力的均值处于一般水平。由相关性分析可知,无动机维度与社会适应能力间呈显著负相关关系,认同调节动机、内在知识动机、内在成就动机及内在激励动机维度与社会适应能力间呈显著正相关关系。线性回归分析表明,内在成就动机、外部调节动机及内在激励动机对高校大学生的社会适应能力具有一定的影响。为此,高校应从提高大学生内在成就动机水平,激发大学生内在激励动机着手,培养其社会适应能力。
The study explores the influence of college students’self-determined motivation on their social adaptive ability with self-determined motivation questionnaire and social adaptive ability diagnostic scale.The results show that the mean value of college students’self-determined motivation is higher than the theoretical median,which is above the medium level,and the mean value of social adaptability is at the general level.Correlation analysis shows that there is significant negative correlation between the dimensions of unmotivation and social adaptability,and significant positive correlation between the dimensions of identity adjustment motivation,intrinsic knowledge motivation,intrinsic achievement motivation and intrinsic motivation,and social adaptability.Linear regression analysis shows that internal achievement motivation,external adjustment motivation and internal motivation have certain influence on college students’social adaptability.Therefore,colleges and universities should improve the intrinsic achievement motivation level of college students,stimulate the intrinsic motivation of college students,and cultivate their social adaptability.
