摘要
为提高高职学生人才培养的质量,研究高职学生学习动机、学习绩效与信息素养关系问题具有重要的现实意义。首先,在理论研究的基础上,对高职学生学习动机、学习绩效与信息素养之间的关系进行理论假设,构建三者的影响机制模型。其次,运用实证调查研究的方法,对640名高职学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行数理统计分析。结果显示:高职学生学习动机显著影响学习绩效;在高职学生学习动机与学习绩效之间,信息素养起中介作用。最后,对优化高职学生学习动机、提升信息素养提出相关建议。
To improve the quality of talent cultivation for higher vocational college students,studying the relationship between learning motivation,learning performance,and information literacy of higher vocational college students has important practical significance.Firstly,on the basis of theoretical research,the article makes theoretical assumptions about the relationship between learning motivation,learning performance,and information literacy of higher vocational college students,constructs an impact mechanism model of the three.Secondly,using the empirical research methods to conduct a questionnaire survey on 640 higher vocational college students,and conducts mathematical statistical analysis of the data.The results show that higher vocational college students’learning motivation significantly affects their learning performance and information literacy plays a mediating role between learning motivation and learning performance of vocational college students.Finally,relevant suggestions are proposed to optimize the learning motivation of higher vocational college students and enhance their information literacy.
