摘要
目的探讨甲状腺手术实施过程中,展开个性化护理服务的价值。方法遵循随机原则,选择2021年2月~2023年2月在医院实施甲状腺手术的75例患者,以入院单双数分组后观察组38例,对照组37例,前者实施个性化护理服务,后者实施常规护理服务。评估两组护理前后心理状态、护理满意度,同时分析不良反应发生率。结果观察组焦虑(38.14±3.62分)、抑郁评分(36.52±2.11分),较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.37%),相较于对照组(83.78%)升高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.53%),较对照组(29.73%)降低(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术护理中,为其提供个性化护理措施可避免其术后发生头痛、恶心呕吐等问题,同时可改善其身心状态,提高患者对本次医疗及护理服务满意度。
Objective To explore the value of personalized nursing service in the implementation of thyroid surgery.Methods Following the principle of randomization,75 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases).The former implemented personalized nursing service and the latter implemented routine nursing service.Evaluate the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing,and analyze the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The scores of anxiety(38.14±3.62 points)and depression(36.52±2.11 points)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.37%)was higher than that of the control group(83.78%)(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.53%)was lower than that in the control group(29.73%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of gastric and thyroid surgery,providing personalized nursing measures can avoid headache,nausea and vomiting after surgery,improve their physical and mental status,and improve their satisfaction with the medical and nursing services.
