摘要
目的分析长链非编码RNA HEIH(LncRNA-HEIH)、高尔基体糖蛋白73(GP73)、甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)在原发性肝癌中的表达意义。方法回顾性选取2021年1月至2022年1月期间至信阳市中心医院肿瘤内科就诊的47例原发性肝癌患者作为A组,选取同时间段的47例肝硬化患者以及47例健康体检者作为B组和C组,同时对比AFP、GP73以及LncRNA-HEIH等水平在组别中的差异表达。结果A组AFP、GP73以及LncRNA-HEIH水平分别为(299.87±46.85)ng/mL、(241.65±42.31)ng/mL及(3.87±1.25),均高于B组和C组(P<0.05);A组AFP、GP73以及LncRNA-HEIH的阳性检出率分别为80.85%、74.46%及85.10%,均高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论AFP、GP73以及LncRNA-HEIH等指标在原发性肝癌中会出现水平异常升高,在疾病的初期诊断和后续病情评估中具有重要的价值和意义,因此值得在临床中进行推广并应用。
Objective To analyze the expression significance of long non-coding RNA HEIH(LncRNA-HEIH),Golgi glycoprotein 73(GP73)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in primary liver cancer.Methods Forty-seven patients with primary liver cancer who visited the Department of Oncology of Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected as group A,and 47 patients with cirrhosis and 47 healthy persons during the same period were selected as group B and group C.At the same time,the different expressions of AFP,GP73 and LncRNA-HEIH were compared in the groups.Results The levels of AFP,GP73 and LncRNA-HEIH in group A were(299.87±46.85)ng/mL,(241.65±42.31)ng/mL and(3.87±1.25),respectively,which were higher than those in groups B and C(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of AFP,GP73 and LncRNA-HEIH in group A were 80.85%,74.46%and 85.10%,respectively,which were higher than those in groups B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of AFP,GP73 and LncRNA-HEIH are abnormally elevated in primary liver cancer,which is of great value and significance in the initial diagnosis and subsequent assessment of the disease.Therefore,it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
