煤矿雨季“三防”监测预警系统构建研究

摘要 针对晋陕蒙地区煤矿雨季“三防”灾害频发的问题,以鄂尔多斯某矿为工程背景开展灾害监测预警系统构建研究。基于矿区水文地质、气象特征及灾害现状,建立了煤矿雨季“三防”监测指标体系;通过整合水害、滑坡、崩塌、泥石流灾害预警模型构建监测预警体系框架,对灾害危险程度进行定量评价;基于Vue.js+Element UI和SSM前后端分离技术,结合So-Taken安全框架构建煤矿雨季“三防”监测预警系统,实现数据采集及处理、警情判别、预警发布和预警工单闭环管理。 In view of the frequent occurrence of three prevention disasters during rainy season in coal mines in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia,the construction of disaster monitoring and early warning system based on a mine in Ordos was carried out.Based on the hydrogeological,meteorological characteristics and disaster situation of the mine,the monitoring index system of three prevention in the rainy season of the mine was established.By integrating the early warning models of flood damage,landslide,collapse and debris flow,the framework of monitoring and early warning system was built to quantitatively evaluate the disaster risk degree.Based on Vue.js+Element UI and SSM front-end separation technology,the three prevention monitoring and early warning system of coal mine rainy season was constructed in combination with the So-Taken safety framework,and the closed-loop management of data collection,processing,warning discrimination,warning issuance and early warning work order were realized.
