基于模糊综合评判法的滇西北公路泥石流危险性评价 被引量:12

Hazard Assessment of Highway Debris Flow based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in Northwest Yunnan

摘要 文章以滇西北香格里拉~丽江高速公路沿线的5条典型公路泥石流沟为研究对象,在现场调查的基础上,在充分考虑泥石流对公路路线影响的基础上,以研究区高精度DEM为底图,基于GIS平台,运用模糊综合评判法对公路泥石流的危险性进行定量评价,分别计算出各条泥石流沟的危险度:上补洛大桥左侧泥石流沟为高度危险;园宝山隧道进口、黄草坝泥石流沟为中度危险;冲江河互通、彪水岩隧道与上长坪隧道之间泥石流沟为低度危险。评价结果与实际情况相符,该方法可以作为公路泥石流危险性评价方法进行推广应用,同时可为公路泥石流风险评估、预警预报及工程治理提供有效的参考依据。 In this paper 5 debris flow gullies along Shangri-la-Lijiang Expressway in Northwest Yunnan are taken as the study objects,after site investigations,and based on fully considerations on the impact of debris flow on road geometry,the DEM of study area is used as base map,quantitative assessment of each debris flow gully is carried out by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method based on the GIS platform,the risk factors are calculated respectively.The results show that:The debris gully on the left side of Shangbuluo Bridge is at high risk;the gullies at the entrance of Yuanbaoshan Tunnel and Huangxiangba are at medium risk;the Chongjianghe Interchange,debris gullies between Biaoshuiyan Tunnel and Shangchangping Tunnel are at low risk.The assessment results are consistent with the actual situation.This method in the paper can be promoted and applied in risk assessment of debris flow for highways.In the meantime it also can provide the basis for risk assessment,early warning and forecast as well as treatment of debris flow.
