共生理论视角下企业在现代学徒制中话语权的缺失与重构

摘要 现代学徒制是一项旨在深化产教融合、校企合作,进一步完善校企合作育人机制,创新技术技能人才培养模式。在现代学徒制中,企业与学校共同承担着培养技能人才的职责,为此企业理应享有适当的话语权,但由于校企文化、管理机制、教学实施、评价和反馈等方面的原因,导致企业话语权在一定程度上缺失。从共生理论视角出发,采用调查法及文献研究法对企业在现代学徒制中话语权的缺失与重构进行深入研究和分析,探究在共生理念视角下有益于企业在现代学徒制中话语权灵活重构的策略。 Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode that aims to deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,to further improve the education mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and to innovate the mode of training technical personnel.In the modern apprenticeship system,enterprises and schools jointly undertake the responsibility of cultivating technical personnel,so enterprises should enjoy the appropriate right of speech.However,problems in the school-enterprise culture,management mechanism,teaching implementation,evaluation and feedback result in the absence of enterprises’right of speech to certain extent.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,by methods such as investigation and literature research,this paper presents in-depth research and analysis on the absence and reconstruction of enterprises’s right of speech in modern apprenticeship,and explores the strategies to flexibly reconstruct the right of speech from the perspective of symbiosis concept.
