摘要
大跨度高凌空等结构复杂的大型公建近年来如雨后春笋般涌现,与此同时带来的施工难度也不断加大。总包单位如何协调各单位以保证大型公建内部的视觉效果,提升其装修的施工质量,也是施工中的重点。在北京艺术中心的戏剧厅、歌剧厅、音乐厅的3个观众厅休息厅区域在考虑安全、进度、经济等方面后,根据不同的结构形式、专业等,采用了3种不同的措施方案。
With the increasing difficulty of constructing large public buildings with complex structures such as large spans and high ceilings,how to coordinate various units to ensure the visual effect inside the large public buildings and improve the construction quality of their decoration is the focus of construction.Based on the three audience lounge areas of the theater hall,opera hall,and music hall of the Beijing Art Center,considering factors such as safety,schedule,and economy,three different measures and schemes were adopted according to different structural forms and specialties,and comparative analysis was conducted on them.
