摘要
以湖北省科技馆新馆工程为背景,分析工程难点,为克服现有技术中超高层高吊顶装饰施工成本高、工期长、施工过程不安全等技术缺陷,设计一种超高超大空间吊顶区域施工的电控悬挑特种作业平台。详细介绍超高层吊顶特种施工作业平台及施工步骤,通过方案对比分析,认为该特种作业平台施工操作便捷、成本低、安全性高。
Based on the new hall project of Hubei Science and Technology Museum , this paper analyses the difficulties of the project, and designs a electrically controlled cantilever special platform operation for construction in the area of super-high and super-large space ceiling in order to overcome the technical defects of high-rise and high ceiling decoration construction cost, long construction period and unsafe construction process. This paper introduces in detail the special construction platform and construction steps of the super high-rise ceiling. Through comparative analysis of the schemes, it is concluded that the construction method of the special operation platform is convenient, low cost and high safety.
