摘要
唐宋时期,江西地区河流湖泊众多,鱼虾资源充沛,种类繁多,特色鲜明,为渔业经济发展提供了有利先天条件。在国家法令的保障和地方官员的勤政下,随着渔法、渔具的改进和人工养鱼业的发展,这一时期江西专业渔民人数众多。在土产鱼品、日常食用和药用价值的多重因素作用下,鱼产品的加工和经营逐渐成为江西地区重要的经济行当,为区域社会经济发展作出了重要的贡献。
During the Tang and Song dynasties,there were many rivers and lakes in Jiangxi province,which provided favorable conditions for the development of fishery economy.With the improvement of fishing methods,fishing gear and the development of artificial fish culture,professional fishermen gradually increased.The processing and management of fish products have gradually become an important economic activity in Jiangxi province,which has made great contribution to the regional social and economic development.
