职业教育与新质生产力协同发展:逻辑耦合与实践路径

摘要 新质生产力是推动高质量发展的关键因素和重要引擎,其核心内涵表现为创新、提质和融合。职业教育作为与社会经济发展关系最紧密的教育类型,必然与新质生产力的形成与发展密切相关。职业教育与新质生产力双向赋能的逻辑耦合在于新质生产力驱动职业教育改革升级;职业教育培养高质量人才,推动科技创新,促进新质生产力高质量发展。在此背景下,为推动职业教育与新质生产力协同发展,从政府层面、企业层面和职业院校层面提出实践路径:把好“新质”方向盘,树立新质职教新观念;打好“新质”组合拳,打造新质职教新布局;种好“新质”责任田,培育新质职教新生态。 New quality productivity force is the key factor and important engine driving high-quality development,with its core connotations being innovation,quality improvement,and integration.Closely related to social economic development,vocational education is inev-itably closely related to the formation and development of new quality productivity forces.The mutual empowerment between vocational education and new quality productivity forces relies not only on the reform and upgrading of vocational education through new quality pro-ductivity,but also on high-quality development of new quality productivity by cultivating high-quality talents and promoting technological innovation.Under this background,the es-say proposes the practice approach from the perspective of the government,the enterprise and the vocational college.
