摘要
近十五年国内外桥梁坍塌事故屡见不鲜造成经济损失和人员伤亡,其中接近六成的事故是由水下结构病害导致的。桥梁墩桩倾斜是导致桥梁水毁的主要原因。如能在发生事故前提前获取桥梁倾斜数据,并制定维修方案,可以大大减少事故发生率,而国内水下桩基检测及监测仍以低效的人工方式为主。针对以上问题,该文提出采用二维声呐水下墩桩分层定位斜率测量方法,并通过实桥试验验证了其有效性。该方法的实施步骤是采用水下机器人搭载二维声呐得到不同水深的平面成像云图,拟合墩柱的边缘和几何中心,最后推算墩桩斜率。
In recent fifteen years,bridge collapse causes economic losses and casualties frequently,of which nearly 60%are caused by underwater structural diseases.The slope of piers and piles of bridges is the main reason of bridge collapse.If the slope of piers is detected in advance,the accident rate will greatly decline for timely maintenance.However,manual detection is still the main way to detect the diseases and measure the slope of bridge underwater structures in China.This paper proposes a positioning slope measurement method based on sonar,which is verified by practical engineering project.The implementation steps are using the two-dimensional sonar carried by ROV to obtain planar imaging cloud maps at different depths of water,fitting the edges and geometric centers of the pier columns,and calculating the slope of pier pile.
