摘要
本文分析了熟肉制品生产企业在“食品生产许可”中常见的品种分类、食品添加剂使用、类似产品混淆、执行标准内容变化和标签标示等问题,提出了构建专业队伍、开展学习培训和强化沟通交流等解决措施。
This article analyzes the common problems of variety classification,use of food additives,confusion of similar products,changes in standard content and label labeling in the“food production license”of cooked meat product production enterprises,and proposes solution measures such as building a professional team,conducting learning and training,and strengthening communication and exchange.
