摘要
目的:验证实验室酸价、过氧化值项目的检测能力。方法:参照能力验证参试指导书、《食品安全国家标准食品中过氧化值的测定》(GB 5009.227—2023)、《食品安全国家标准食品中酸价的测定》(GB 5009.229—2016)对样品进行检测。结果:23-Y648、23-X911样品酸价的Z值分别为0.1、0.0,过氧化值的Z值分别为0.3、0.5,能力验证结果判定均为“满意”。结论:通过开展本次实验室能力验证,极大地提高了实验室的检测能力水平,证实实验室持续稳定保有食品酸价、过氧化值的检测能力。
Objective:To verify the detection ability of acid value and peroxide value in laboratory.Method:the samples were tested according to the ability verification guide,GB 5009.227—2023 and GB 5009.229—2016.Result:The Z-values of acid value for samples 23-Y648 and 23-X911 were 0.1 and 0.0,respectively,and the Z-values of peroxide value were 0.3 and 0.5,respectively.The ability validation results were“satisfactory”.Conclusion:By conducting this laboratory proficiency test,the level of detection capability in our laboratory has been greatly improved,confirming that our laboratory continues to maintain stable detection capabilities for food acidity and peroxide value.
