摘要
考察实验人员专业技术水平,为实验室的质量控制工作提供技术支持。组织2名实验室内部人员针对铜绿假单胞菌定量检测项目进行比对实验,对实验结果的准确性和复现性进行分析评价;同时,由另外1名实验人员对铜绿假单胞菌检测能力开展日常质量监督工作,对监督结果进行评价。结果显示,实验室能力验证结果评价为“满意”(|Z|≤2),检测结果的准确性符合要求,人员比对实验结果的复现性未超过复现性限(R=0.45),符合标准要求;人员监督活动未发现不符合项,实验人员技术能力符合要求。通过实验室内部人员比对和监督活动,为实验室管理体系的正常运行提供技术保障。
To provide technical support for laboratory quality control by examining the professional technical level of experimenters.Two experimenters were organized to conduct a comparative experiment on the quantitative detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The accuracy and reproducibility of experimental results were evaluated.Daily quality supervision was carried out on the detection ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa of another experimenter and the supervision result was evaluated.The results showed that the laboratory capacity verification results were evaluated as satisfactory(|Z|≤2).It meant the accuracy of the test results met the requirements.The reproducibility of the personnel comparison experiment results did not exceed the reproducibility limit(R=0.45)which met the standard requirement.No nonconformity was found in the personnel supervision activities,and the technical ability of the experimenter met the requirements.The laboratory internal personnel comparison and supervision activities provide technical guarantee for the laboratory to operate normally according to the requirements of the management system.
