摘要
近年来,食品监管机构积极促进先进检测技术在食品产业中的广泛应用,为传统的实验室认证检测提供了有力的补充,并显著保障了产品的品质。本文总结了化学分析和免疫学食品检测技术在食品行业质量建设中的应用,同时分析了其应用过程中存在的问题,为食品检测技术的完善提供重要参考,有助于进一步提升食品行业的产品质量和安全水平。
In recent years,food regulatory agencies have actively promoted the widespread application of advanced testing technologies in the food industry,providing a strong complement to traditional laboratory certification testing and significantly ensuring product quality.This paper summarizes the application of chemical analysis and immunology food testing technology in the quality construction of the food industry,and analyzes the problems existing in its application,which provides an important reference for the improvement of food testing technology and helps to further improve the product quality and safety level of the food industry.
