被动式超低能耗建筑技术的应用与典型案例分析

摘要 近年来,由于人们对生活舒适度要求的提高和建筑能耗的加剧,被动式超低能耗建筑以其突出的节能优势,是近几年建筑行业针对降低建筑能耗的一项重要措施。为了更好地了解并掌握这一技术,主要针对自然资源的利用、保温系统设计、热回收新风系统设计三方面进行了深入分析和设计探索。同时结合上海某案例分析以上技术的应用效果、项目性能指标及技术措施满足超低能耗建筑规范要求,进一步验证了被动式超低能耗建筑技术在实践中的可靠性和可持续性。 In recent years,due to the improvement of people's re-quirements for living comfort and the aggravation of building energy consumption,passive ultra-low energy buildings,with their outstanding energy saving advantages,have been an important measure in the construction industry for the reduction of building energy consumption.In order to better understand and master this technology,in-depth analysis and design exploration are carried out mainly for the utilization of natural resources,thermal insulation system design,and heat recovery fresh air system design.At the same time combined with a case study in Shanghai to analyze the application effect of the above technology,project performance indicators and technical measures to meet the requirements of the ultra-low energy building code,to further verify the reliability and sustainability of the passive ultra-low energy building technology in practice.
