摘要
本文重点阐述了20万m3大型果蔬冷藏库在精确控温、控湿、乙烯浓度等方面的系统设计,主要内容包括:制冷系统、加湿系统、新风系统等设计要点。通过结合丙二醇载冷系统、一次泵加二次泵系统、电动三通阀比例积分调节,利用布袋风管增加管道风机加湿系统设计以及保证循环风量及送风温度的新风系统设计,整体实现了冷藏库全年的精准温湿度及乙烯浓度控制,库温控制在(0.5±0.5)℃,湿度控制85%~95%,乙烯浓度控制在0.038 mg/m3以下。结合运营过程中的问题,通过控制逻辑的优化措施实现了温湿度及乙烯浓度满足要求的目标,保证了冷藏库在实际中的可靠性、节能性和经济性。
This article focuses on the system design of a 200000 m3 large-scale fruit and vegetable refrigeration warehouse in terms of precise temperature control,humidity control,ethylene concentration,etc.The main content includes design points such as refrigeration system,humidification system,fresh air system,etc.By combining the propylene glycol cooling system,primary pump and secondary pump system,electric three-way valve proportional integral adjustment,and the use of bag air ducts to add pipeline fans for humidification system design and ensure the circulation air volume and supply air temperature of the fresh air system design,the precise temperature and humidity control and ethylene concentration control of the refrigerated warehouse throughout the year have been achieved.The warehouse temperature is controlled at(0.5±0.5)℃,humidity is controlled at 85%~95%,and ethylene concentration is controlled below 0.038 mg/m3.Based on the problems encountered during the operation process,the optimization measures of control logic have achieved the goal of meeting the requirements for temperature,humidity,and ethylene concentration,ensuring the reliability,energy efficiency,and economy of the refrigeration warehouse in practice.
