摘要
随着城市化进程的不断推进,城中村改造成为城市更新的重要任务。文章以重庆市渝中区龙井村为例,探讨城中村改造的实践。通过分析龙井村改造的背景、具体实施过程及其对居民生活的影响,提出以居民需求为导向,通过微更新的方式,对龙井村进行改造。文章通过总结城中村改造项目的实践经验,提出了五个设计要点,包括深入了解场地、“轻介入”融合方式、品牌逻辑、基础改善和激活再生。研究结果表明,通过科学规划和有效实施,龙井村改造在保留历史文化的同时,显著改善了居住条件和生活环境,为其他城中村改造提供了有益的借鉴。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the transformation of urban villages has become an important task in urban renewal.This paper takes Longjing Village in Yuzhong District,Chongqing as an example to explore the practice of urban village transformation.By analyzing the background and specific implementation process of the transformation of Longjing Village and also its impact on residents’lives,it is proposed to transform Longjing Village through micro renewal under the guidance of the residents’needs.The paper summarizes the practical experience of urban village transformation projects and proposes five design points,including a deep understanding on the site,the principle of light intervention renewal,brand logic,basic improvement,and activation regeneration.The research results indicate that through scientific planning and effective implementation,the transformation of Longjing Village has significantly improved living conditions and environment while preserving historical and cultural heritage,providing an useful reference for the transformation of other urban villages.
