摘要
目的探讨童趣化心理干预对支气管肺炎患儿临床症状、肺功能、心理状态和治疗依从性的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照方法,将2020年10月—2022年10月邹城市人民医院收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿纳入本次研究,随机分为对照组与研究组各43例。对照组采用常规干预;研究组在其基础上采用童趣化心理干预。比较两组临床症状、肺功能、心理状态和治疗依从性的改善情况。结果研究组发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺湿啰音、气促、咳痰消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速、最大呼气中段流量、肺活量、呼气达峰时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组Mofisky-Green问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论童趣化心理干预能够促进支气管肺炎患儿症状和肺功能的改善,并消除负性情绪,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the effects of childlike psychological intervention on clinical symptoms,lung function,psychological status,and treatment compliance in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Eighty-six children with bronchopneumonia in Zoucheng People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the research group was given childlike psychological intervention based on routine intervention.The improvement in clinical symptom,lung function,psychological status,and treatment compliance between two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing,lung damp rales,shortness of breath,and sputum in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow rate,maximum mid-expiratory flow,vital capacity,and peak expiratory time in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety related emotional disorders scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Mofisky-Green questionnaire score in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Childlike psychological intervention can promote the improvement of symptoms and lung function in children with bronchopneumonia,eliminate negative emotions,and improve treatment compliance.
