摘要
目的:研究儿童支气管肺炎先天禀赋与后天发病时节的五运六气特点与关联性,为临床防治儿童支气管肺炎提供中医运气学辨治思路。方法:以流行病学横断面研究方法,结合中医五运六气时间划分,对纳入的78 490例儿童支气管肺炎病例进行回顾分析研究。结果:木运时节出生人数分布13 744例,分布最低,水运时节出生17 590例,分布最高。发病主运时节:土运时节发病9 008例,人数分布最低,水运时节发病30 751例,人数分布最高。客运时节出生儿童在发病主运时节分布呈现8.00~12.29倍差异。结论:儿童支气管肺炎病例先天禀赋与后天发病趋势,存在一定的中医五运六气关联,运用中医运气学理论防治儿童支气管肺炎,体现中医天人相应理念。
Objective:To study the characteristics and correlation between congenital endowment of children bronchopneumonias and acquired onset season,and to provide the Yunqi Science of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) idea in differentiation and treatment for clinical prevention and treatment of children bronchopneumas.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 78 490 cases of children with bronchopneumas was conducted by epidemiological cross-sectional study,combined with the time division of five elements motions and six climate changes in TCM.Results:The number of birth in Muyun season was 13 744,with the lowest distribution,while that in Shuiyun season was 17 590,with the highest distribution.Season onset on Zhuyun time rendering:There were 9 008 cases in Tuyun season,with the lowest distribution,and 30 751 cases in Shuiyun season,with the highest distribution.The distribution of children born Keyun season was 8.00-12.29 times different in Zhuyun season.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the innate endowment and the acquired tendency of children cases of bronchopneumonias included in this study.Applying the theory of luck in TCM to prevent and treat children with bronchopneumonia reflects the corresponding concept of man is an integral part of nature in TCM.
