摘要
目的探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合地塞米松注射液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的效果。方法选取2019年10月—2023年9月在空军第九八六医院第六门诊部进行治疗的86例急性化脓性中耳炎患者,所有患者按照治疗方案的不同分为联合组61例和对照组25例。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗;联合组采用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合地塞米松注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后炎性因子水平、生活质量,以及治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组炎性因子水平和生活质量评分均较治疗前得到改善,且联合组上述各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为91.80%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应总发生率12.00%,高于联合组的9.84%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性化脓性中耳炎患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星联合地塞米松治疗具有更好临床效果,同时还可提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To Explore the efficacy of levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops combined with dexamethasone injection in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute suppurative otitis media who underwent treatment in the Sixth Outpatient Department of the NO.986 Air Force Hospital from October 2019 to September 2023 were selected.All patients were divided into a combination therapy group(61 cases)and a control group(25 cases)according to different treatment plans.The combination therapy group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops combined with dexamethasone injection,while the control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops.The levels of inflammatory factors and quality of life before and after treatment between two groups,as well as the treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and quality of life scores in both groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the combination therapy group had significantly better indicators than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination therapy group was 91.80%,which was significantly higher than the 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 12.00%,which was higher than the 9.84%in the combination therapy group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media patients has better clinical efficacy,and can also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
