摘要
在我国社会保险制度中,最重要的部分属于医疗保险制度,其与国家人民的利益极为相关。如今随着我国新医改的不断践行,医疗保险制度也不断成熟,医保逐渐实现了全民覆盖,在医院体系中医保工作的质量与医院的发展是息息相关的,是医院发展过程中需要重点关注的项目。医保是我国社会保障体系中的重点部分,在不断发展的过程中也面临着一些问题,如缺乏明确的分工、政策宣传不到位、信息水平较低等问题,面对这些新情况、新问题,有必要采取有效的管理,全面实施医保精细化管理工作,这样才能更好地使医保管理工作与新的制度相适应,以此提高医保管理工作水平,充分发挥出医保精细化管理的工作优势。文章就医院医保管理工作中实施精细化管理的路径进行论述。
In China's social insurance system,the most important part belongs to the medical insurance system,which is closely related to the interests of the country's people.Nowadays,with the continuous practice of China's new medical reform,the medical insurance system is also maturing,and the medical insurance has gradually achieved universal coverage.The quality of medical insurance work in the hospital system is closely related to the development of the hospital,and it is a project that needs to be focused on in the development process of the hospital.Medical insurance is a key part of China's social security system,in the process of continuous development is also faced with some problems,such as the lack of a clear division of labor,policy propaganda is not in place,low level of information problems,in the face of these new situations,new problems,it is necessary to take effective management,fully implement the fine management of medical insurance.In this way,the medical insurance management can better adapt to the new system,so as to improve the level of medical insurance management and give full play to the advantages of fine management of medical insurance.This paper discusses the path of implementing fine management in hospital medical insurance management.
