摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在乳腺癌术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月滨州医学院附属医院乳腺外科收治的80例乳腺癌术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组。对照组(40例)采用常规术后护理,观察组(40例)采用临床护理路径,比较两组负面情绪评分、自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于乳腺癌术后患者能够减轻负面情绪,提高自我管理能力和生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the postoperative nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,80 patients with breast cancer after surgery in the Department of Breast Surgery,Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected and grouped by the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was given routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)was given clinical nursing pathway.The scores of negative emotion,self-management ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied to patients after breast cancer surgery can alleviate negative emotions,improve self-management ability and quality of life,which is worth promoting.
