摘要
住宅和商业用地混合开发模式是一种将住宅和商业用地有机结合起来的城市发展模式。本文采用熵权法和层次分析法对其可持续性进行分析,从经济、社会和环境三个方面构建了指标体系,使用案例调查和问卷收集等方式获取数据。研究结果表明,住宅和商业用地混合开发模式具有多方面优势,其在经济、社会和环境三个方面都具有可持续性。
The mixed development model of residential and commercial land is an urban development model that organically combines residential land and commercial land.This paper uses entropy weight method and hierarchical analysis method to analyze its sustainability,constructs an index system from three aspects of economy,society and environment,and obtains data through case survey and questionnaire collection.The results show that the mixed development model of residential and commercial land has multiple advantages with its sustainability in economic,social and environmental aspects.
