摘要
目的分析肾衰方对慢性肾脏病(CKD)3b-4期患者的影响。方法选取2021年6月-2023年10月南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例CKD3b-4期患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组加以肾衰方治疗,连续治疗8周。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、炎症因子水平、营养状态、肾功能、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;且治疗后的各项中医证候评分、炎症因子水平、肾功能指标低于对照组,各营养状态指标高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均无不良反应发生。结论肾衰方能够减轻CKD3b-4期患者炎症反应,改善营养状态,提高肾功能,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Kidney Failure Formula on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stages 3b-4.Method Sixty CKD3b-4 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received treatment with Kidney Failure Formula for 8 consecutive weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,levels of inflammatory factors,nutritional status,renal function,and adverse reactions between two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;after treatment,the scores of various Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,levels of inflammatory factors,and renal function indicators were lower than those of the control group,while the nutritional status indicators were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);during the treatment period,neither group experienced any adverse reactions.Conclusion Kidney Failure Formula can alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve nutritional status,enhance renal function in CKD3b-4 patients,and has no adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
