Objective By visualizing and analyzing literatures related on people living with HIV co-infected with Treponema pallidum in the last decade,we can understand the research hotspots and future trends in this field. Methods The related literature on HIV/AIDS patients co-infected with Treponema pallidum between 2014 and 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database, and the relevant literature was visualized and analyzed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Results A total of 81 countries and 1171 organizations conducted relevant studies, among which the United States,China, and the United Kingdom issued more papers and collaborated closely, and the developed countries were the main research force.Epidemiology, pregnant women, prenatal care, neurosyphilis, ocular syphilis, and men who have sex with men(MSM)in the keyword clustering reflected the research hotspots, among which MSM population and ocular syphilis are the trend of future research. Conclusion In the last decade, the research hotspots of people living with HIV co-infected with Treponema pallidum has gradually shifted from the epidemiology of coinfection and the diagnosis of neurosyphilis to the focus on ocular syphilis and MSM population.
