摘要
三维激光扫描技术在异形建筑表面积测绘中有着传统测绘方式无法比拟的技术优势,能快速准确地获取异形建筑表面点云数据。本文以义乌市梅湖体育中心体育馆项目为例,对激光点云数据采集、数据配准、模型封装与表面积测算等关键技术进行了系统化研究,在实现异形建筑表面积测绘的同时,提出了按颜色进行异形建筑表面积分类与计算的新思路,并对测绘成果进行了精度评定,经计算,三维点云模型的点平面均方根差为±0.04 m,粗差率为3.3%,三维点云模型的边长均方根差为±0.03 m,粗差率为0.0%,数据成果符合数字地形图测绘相关规范。研究和分析结果表明,使用三维激光扫描技术完成异形建筑物表面积测绘是可行的,具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
3D laser scanning technology has an incomparable technical advantage in the surveying and mapping of irregular building surface ar-ea,which can obtain the point cloud data of irregular building surface quickly and accurately.Taking Yiwu Meihu sports center gymnasium proj-ect for example,we systematically studied the key technologies such as laser point cloud data acquisition,data registration,model packaging and surface area calculation.While realizing the surveying and mapping of irregular building surface area,we proposed a new idea of classifying and calculating irregular building surface area by color,and evaluated the accuracy of surveying and mapping results.The calculation result shows that the root mean square difference of point plane of 3D point cloud model is±0.04 m and the gross error rate is 3.3%.The root mean square dif-ference of side length of 3D point cloud model is±0.03 m and the gross error rate is 0.0%.The data results are in line with the relevant standards of digital topographic map surveying and mapping.The research and analysis results show that it is feasible to use 3D laser scanning technology to survey the surface area of irregular buildings,which has certain theoretical significance and application value.
