摘要
异形建筑是城市与生活、艺术与创新的产物,由于其结构复杂、造型多变等原因,给竣工测量工作带来了诸多挑战,采用传统测绘方法作业存在着效率低、困难大、精度难以保证等问题。以南京市溧水市民之家异形建筑竣工测量为研究对象,引入三维激光扫描的作业方法,分别从控制测量、外业扫描、点云处理等方面开展研究,构建出场景的三维点云模型,同时利用全站仪对异形建筑的主要特征点进行坐标采集,与模型坐标对比进行模型精度评定。结果表明,三维激光扫描技术有着效率高、精度可靠、数据完整等优势,可为异形建筑竣工测量提供一定的参考。
The special-shaped building is the product of city and life,art and innovation,due to its complex structure and changeable shape,it brings many challenges to the completion survey work.The traditional surveying and mapping method has some problems such as low efficiency,great difficulty and difficult to guarantee the accuracy.Taking the special-shaped building of Citizen’s house in Nanjing Lishui district as the research object,this paper introduces the operation method of 3D laser scanning,conducts research from the aspects of control measurement,field scanning,point cloud processing,etc.,and constructs the three-dimensional point cloud model of the scene.Meanwhile,the coordinate collection of the main feature points of the anomaly-shaped building is carried out by using the total station,and the model precision is evaluated by comparing with the model coordinates.The results show that 3D laser scanning technology has the advantages of high efficiency,reliable precision and complete data,the research can provide some reference value for the completion measurement of special-shaped buildings.
