摘要
新发展格局是我国经济进入新发展阶段、顺应世界经济发展趋势的主动选择,也是我国在百年未有之大变局下应对外部环境变化的必然选择。民营经济作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,新发展格局能够为民营经济高质量发展提供强大内生动力以及高水平的外部支撑。但在新发展格局视域下,民营经济高质量发展仍存在供给、技术,以及国际形势问题,基于此,文章提出了将实施扩大内需战略同供给侧结构性改革相结合、构建关键核心技术攻关的新型举国体制,以及推进高水平对外开放,统筹国内国际两个大局策略,旨在为构建新发展格局提供有力支撑。
The new development pattern is an active choice for China's economy to enter a new stage of development and adapt to the trend of world economic development.It is also an inevitable choice for China to cope with external environmental changes in response to unprecedented changes in a century.As an important component of China's socialist market economy,the new development pattern of the private economy can provide strong internal driving force and high-level external support for the high-quality development of the private economy.However,in the perspective of the new development pattern,there are still supply,technology,and international situation issues in the high-quality development of the private economy.Based on this,this article proposes a new national system that combines the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand with supply side structural reform,constructs key core technology breakthroughs,and promotes high-level opening up to the outside world,coordinating domestic and international strategies,aiming to provide strong support for building a new development pattern.
