摘要
推进民营经济健康发展高质量发展符合我国民营经济当前所处发展阶段,是新时代赋予的新要求,更是民营经济推动经济高质量发展的责任使然。民营经济高质量发展要求民营经济提升科技创新能力、加快数字化转型、坚持绿色可持续发展、具有国际竞争力,推进民营经济健康发展要求依法规范和引导民营资本健康发展、促进民营企业健康发展、促进民营企业家健康成长。江苏是中国民营经济的重要发源地之一,也是当前中国民营经济最发达的地区之一。结合江苏省的实际情况,探究推进民营经济健康发展高质量发展的意义作用、核心要求、改革现状,以及面临挑战,并提出了大力实施“登峰造极”战略、促进产业转型升级、持续优化营商环境、高度重视人才培养等对策建议,为全国和其他省份民营经济健康发展高质量发展提供示范和借鉴。
Promoting the healthy and high-quality development of the private economy is in line with the current stage of development of the private economy in our country,which is not only a new requirement given by the new era,but also the responsibility of the private economy to promote highquality economic development.The high-quality development of the private economy requires the private economy to enhance its scientific and technological innovation capacity,accelerate digital transformation,adhere to green and sustainable development,and have international competitiveness.To promote the healthy development of the private economy requires regulating and guiding the healthy development of private capital in accordance with the law,promoting the healthy development of private enterprises,and promoting the healthy growth of private entrepreneurs.Jiangsu is one of the important birthplaces of China’s private economy,and it is also one of the most developed areas of China’s private economy.Combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province,this study explores the significance,role,core requirements,reform status and challenges of promoting the healthy and high-quality development of the private economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as vigorously implementing the“peak”strategy,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,continuously optimizing the business environment,and attaching great importance to personnel training.It can provide a model and reference for the healthy and high-quality development of private economy in the country and other provinces.
