摘要
随着可再生能源技术的迅速发展,将分布式新能源广泛应用于电网,能够提高能源利用效率,减少环境污染。太阳能、风能等分布式新能源通过电力通信网络系统接入传统电网,可以实现有效分配和管理。然而,分布式新能源接入电力通信网络系统的复杂性和可变性大大增加了系统的可靠性需求。文章提出电力通信网络系统的基本评估方法和基本可靠性指标,介绍提高系统可靠性的措施,并进行案例研究,以期提升能源供应的稳定性和安全性。
With the rapid development of renewable energy technology,the widespread application of distributed new energy in the power grid can improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Distributed new energy sources such as solar and wind energy can be effectively distributed and managed by connecting to traditional power grids through power communication network systems.However,the complexity and variability of distributed new energy integration into power communication network systems greatly increase the reliability requirements of the system.The article proposes basic evaluation methods and reliability indicators for power communication network systems,introduces measures to improve system reliability,and conducts case studies to enhance the stability and security of energy supply.
