摘要
基于2003—2021年的省级面板数据,研究了基础设施投资结构对产业结构优化的影响。研究表明:基础设施投资抑制了产业结构优化,其中经济基础设施投资抑制了产业结构优化,社会基础设施投资促进了产业结构优化。机制分析发现经济基础设施投资通过人力资本挤出效应和集聚效应抑制产业结构优化,社会基础设施投资通过创新效应和财政收入结构效应促进产业结构优化。区域异质性分析发现经济基础设施投资对产业结构优化的抑制作用在西部地区最强,社会基础设施投资对产业结构优化的促进作用仅存在于西部地区;时期异质性分析发现经济基础设施投资在工业化后期阶段对产业结构优化的抑制作用有所减弱,而社会基础设施投资的产业结构优化效应在工业化中期和后期没有差异。研究结论说明了基础设施投资结构在产业结构调整优化过程中所发挥的重要作用,为通过基础设施投资调整以产业结构为核心的供给结构,促进经济高质量发展提供了理论支持与经验证据。
Based on the China's provincial panel data from 2003 to 2021,this research studied the impact of infrastructure investment composition on industrial structure optimization.The findings indicate that infrastructure investment inhibits industrial structure optimization,social infrastructure investment promotes industrial structure optimization,and economic infrastructure investment inhibits industrial structure optimization.Mechanism analysis found that economic infrastructure investment suppresses industrial structure optimization through human capital crowding out and agglomeration effects,while social infrastructure investment promotes industrial structure optimization through innovation effects and fiscal revenue structure effects.Regional heterogeneity analysis found that the inhibitory effect of economic infrastructure investment on industrial structure optimization is strongest in the western region,while the promoting effect of social infrastructure investment on industrial structure optimization only exists in the western region.Analysis of temporal heterogeneity found that the inhibitory effect of economic infrastructure investment on industrial structure optimization has weakened in the later stages of industrialization,while social infrastructure investment can promote industrial structure optimization in all stages of industrialization.The research conclusion demonstrates the important role of infrastructure investment composition in the process of industrial structure adjustment and optimization,providing theoretical support and empirical evidence for adjusting the supply structure centered on industrial structure and promoting high-quality economic development.
