摘要
文章基于层次分析法构建以用户需求为基础的中小学运动类校服满意度综合评价指标体系,涉及安全性、舒适性、实用性、美观性和特色化5个方面的16项需求指标。针对广州市中小学运动类校服,应用模糊综合评价方法对用户满意度进行评价。结果表明:广州市中小学运动类校服用户满意度为比较满意,其中安全性、舒适性和实用性的满意度为比较满意,美观性的满意度为不满意,特色化的满意度为很不满意。同时根据评价结果,提出基于用户满意度的中小学运动类校服优化提升策略。
Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive evaluation index system is established for the satisfaction of sports school uniforms in primary and secondary schools based on user needs,and 16 demand indicators involving 5 aspects of safety,comfort,practicality,aesthetics and characterization are determined.For the sports school uniforms of primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the user satisfaction.The results show that the user satisfaction of sports school uniforms for primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou is relatively satisfied,of which the satisfaction of safety,comfort and practicality is relatively satisfied,the satisfaction of aesthetics is dssatisfied,and the satisfaction of characteristics is very dissatisfied.According to the evaluation results,the optimization and improvement strategies for sports school uniforms for primary and secondary schools based on user satisfaction are proposed.
