摘要
鸢尾素是一种由肌肉组织分泌的激素样多肽,由含Ⅲ型纤连蛋白域蛋白5经过蛋白水解酶水解后生成,并释放进入外周循环。鸢尾素在急性心肌梗死中具有潜在的保护作用。本文将从减轻氧化应激反应、改善线粒体功能、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、抑制炎症反应、改善微循环等方面,总结近年来鸢尾素在急性心肌梗死中保护作用的相关研究进展,以期为急性心肌梗死的诊疗提供有价值的参考。
Irisin is a hormone-like polypeptide secreted by the muscle tissue,which is generated after hydrolysis of fibronectin typeⅢdomain-containing protein 5 by proteolytic enzymes,and released into the peripheral circulation.Irisin plays a potentially protective role in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).This article summarizes the present research progress of the protective effects of irisin in AMI mainly from the following aspects:reducing oxidative stress response,improving mitochondrial function,inhibiting myocardial apoptosis,inhibiting inflammatory response,improving microcirculation,in order to provide valuable references for the diagnosis and treatment of AMI.
