摘要
基于传统的星三角降压启动电路,分析了星三角降压启动电路的原理、使用条件,针对75 kW电机的星三角降压启动电路的选型计算案例,详细计算了三相绕组星形连接和三角形连接时的相电压、线电压、相电流和线电流,得出了主接触器、星接触器和角接触器的选型依据,并对比分析确定了星三角降压启动的最优电路图。进一步结合案例分析,在“工程专业认证”视域下,讨论了有关知识传授、问题分析、提出方案、职业规范和成本控制等一系列测控课程教学思考,以期提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。
Based on the traditional star-delta step-down starting circuit,this paper analyzes the principle and operating conditions of the star-delta step-down starting circuit.In terms of the calculation case of star-delta stepdown starting circuit for 75 kW motor,the phase voltage,line voltage,phase current and line current of the circuits under the conditions of star connection and triangle connection of the three-phase winding were calculated in detail,the selection basis of main contactor,star contactor and angle contactor has been obtained,and the optimal circuit diagram of the star-delta step-down start has been determined after comparison and analysis.Further,in order to improve students’ability to solve complex engineering problems,a series of teaching thinking about knowledge transfer,problem analysis,proposal,professional norms and cost control of measurement and control courses are discussed combining with case analysis and the horizon of engineering professional certification.
