摘要
对俄罗斯涉及压力容器的法律、规范进行研究,解释海关联盟认证术语、由来;从材料、设计、制造三个方面介绍压力容器出口到俄罗斯的特殊要求和注意事项。结合俄标、美标、国标规范,对材料性能、无损检测比例等涉及本质安全的重要条款进行阐述;对材料许用应力、液压试验计算值等涉及经济性的条款进行小结。希望帮助设备工程师了解出口俄罗斯压力容器的流程。
Conduct studies on Russian laws and standards with regard to pressure vessel,introduce the special requirements and matters of certification in CU-TR from material,engineering and manufacture aspect.Make an explanation and comparation on important clauses related to industrial safety,such as material properties,non-destructive testing ratio,etc.Make a simple summary on clauses related to economical aspect,such as material allowable stress,hydraulic test calculation value,etc.This paper is aim to help equipment engineers understanding the procedure of pressure vessels exported to Russia.
