摘要
对压力容器设计过程中存在的不确定性进行了分析,给出了具体的计算公式,并提出采用置信因子来评估设计过程的可靠性。为保证设计过程是可靠的,设计过程中的置信因子必须大于1,并利用该方法评估了某个压力容器设计过程中的可靠性。
In this paper, the uncertainties in the design process of pressure vessel have been analyzed and the formulae to calculate the uncertainties are also expressed. The Confidence Factor was used to evaluate the reliability of the design. In order to guarrantee the reliability of the design, the Confidence Factor of the design should be greater than 1 and it was applied to evaluate the reliability of a certain pressure vessel design.
