摘要
通过中性盐水喷雾试验,对上海科技馆大修工程钢结构防腐涂层三种维护方案对比分析评判,选出了最佳维护方案,为行业内类似工程问题提供了一条便捷有效的解决途径。依据试验及规范进行推测,上海科技馆防腐涂层使用年限可能接近甚至超过建筑设计使用年限50 a的目标。
Through the neutral salt water spray test,the three maintenance schemes of steel structure anticorrosive coating in the overhaul project of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum are compared and analyzed,and the best maintenance scheme is selected,which provides a convenient and effective solution for similar engineering problems in the industry.According to the test and specification,it is speculated that the service life of the anticorrosive coating of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum may be close to or even exceed the target of 50 years of architectural design.
