摘要
现代化职业教育肩负着为技能型社会培养高质量技能人才的重要职责。作为新一代信息技术,大数据行业人才缺口逐渐突显,高职大数据技能型人才的培养尤为紧迫。面对高职教育生源多样化、学生个体素质能力参差不齐、学生课堂参与度低等特点,教师需要转变教学理念、改进教学方法、注重教学设计,积极推动“课堂革命”,将课程改革推向纵深,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供更有力的人才支撑。
As a new generation of information technology,the talent gap in the big data industry is gradually highlighted,and the training of big data skilled talents in higher vocational colleges is particularly urgent.Faced with the diversified student sources,uneven quality of students and low participation of students in higher vocational education,teachers need to change teaching concepts,improve teaching methods,pay attention to teaching design.So that teachers promote the"classroom revolution"actively,and then push the curriculum reform to the depth,and finally provide more powerful talent support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
