摘要
目的分析两种时机行开腹手术治疗妊娠稳定期合并急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月至2023年6月于泗洪医院妇产科接受治疗的37例妊娠稳定期合并急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组17例,经抗炎无效后行手术治疗;研究组20例,确诊后及时行手术治疗。对比两组手术基本情况、并发症发生情况及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果研究组手术时间、术后下床时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同时机行开腹手术治疗妊娠稳定期合并急性阑尾炎的临床效果不同。确诊后及时进行手术治疗有助于缩短患者手术时间,减少术后并发症,改善患者妊娠结局。
Objective:To Objective to analyze the clinical effect of open surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis in stable pregnancy.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2023,37 cases of stable pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group had 17 cases,which were operated after anti-inflammatory failure.20 cases in the study group were treated by surgery in time after diagnosis.The basic situation of operation,the incidence of complications and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the time of getting out of bed after operation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss during operation was less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open surgery at different times has different clinical effects in the treatment of acute appendicitis in stable pregnancy.Timely surgical treatment after diagnosis is helpful to shorten the operation time,reduce postoperative complications and improve the pregnancy outcome.
