摘要
医学免疫学实验课是医学免疫学的实践课程,是辅助学生理解和掌握抽象的免疫学理论知识,培养学生实践动手和理论转化应用能力的必要和重要途径。随着免疫学理论体系及相关技术应用的不断完善和突破创新,免疫学实验教学作为承接理论和实践的重要纽带,亦需紧跟学科发展而进行优化改革。文章依据传统免疫学实验课程设置中的不足,从教学模式和教学内容两个方向探索性地提出课程优化措施,拟在模式上强化学生主观能动性、引导聚焦实践过程,融入现代媒体教学提升整体实践教学体验;在内容上推陈出新,积极与现代免疫学理论和技术发展接轨,同时纳入自主实验设计以强化学生创新思维和实践能力,同时有机融入思政元素促进学生从实践教学中形成正确的价值观。
theoretical knowledge in the field while honing their practical skills.With the continuous improvement and innovation of the theoretical system and related technological applications in immunology, experimental teaching in immunology, as an important link between theory and practice, also needs to be optimized and reformed in line with the development of the discipline. Based on the deficiencies in traditional immunology experimental courses, the measures to optimize the course from two aspects: teaching mode and teaching content is taken. In terms of teaching mode, it aims to enhance students' subjective initiative, guide them to focus on the practical process, and incorporate modern media teaching to improve the overall practical teaching experience. In terms of content, it introduces new ideas actively in line with modern immunological theories and technological developments, integrate independent experiment design to strengthen students' innovative thinking and practical skills, while also incorporating ideological and political elements to promote the formation of correct values among students through practical teaching.
