摘要
目的探讨健康成人血清脂溶性维生素A、25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、维生素E和维生素K水平的性别和年龄变化规律。方法回顾性分析2020年7月至2023年2月于南京医科大学附属妇产医院进行体检的2030例健康成人血清维生素A、25(OH)D、维生素E和维生素K水平,按照年龄划分为≤29岁组842例(男性409例,女性433例)、30~39岁组868例(男性419例,女性449例)和40~60岁组320例(男性120例,女性200例),各组再按照性别分为男性组及女性组。采用Mann-Whitney U检验比较同一年龄组不同性别健康成人的血清各脂溶性维生素水平;采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验比较同一性别不同年龄组健康成年血清各脂溶性维生素水平;采用Spearman法分析血清各脂溶性维生素的水平与年龄的相关性。结果成年女性血清维生素A、25(OH)D和维生素K的水平均低于同年龄组男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而同一年龄组女性和男性血清维生素E水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);成年男性及女性血清中维生素A、25(OH)D、维生素E和维生素K的水平均随着年龄增长而升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman法分析结果显示,血清维生素A、25(OH)D、维生素E和维生素K水平与年龄均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论健康成人血清中脂溶性维生素水平具有显著的年龄和性别差异,在评估其营养状态时需结合年龄和性别因素进行综合分析。
Objective To investigate the gender and age variations of serum fat-soluble vitamin A,25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],vitamin E,and vitamin K level in healthy adults.Methods The serum levels of vitamin A,25(OH)D,vitamin E,and vitamin K in 2030 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in the Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into three age groups:≤29 years old group(n=842,409 males and 433 females);30-39 years old group(n=868,419 males and 449 females);and the 40-60 year old group(n=320,120 males and 200 females),and each age group was then divided into male group and female group according to gender.Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the serum levels of fat-soluble vitamins between healthy adults of different genders in the same age group.Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the serum levels of fat-soluble vitamins among different age groups of the same gender.Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of serum fat-soluble vitamins and age.Results The serum levels of vitamin A,25(OH)D,and vitamin K in adult females were significantly lower than those in males of the same age group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum vitamin E levels between females and males of the same age groups(P>0.05).The levels of vitamin A,25(OH)D,vitamin E,and vitamin K in serum of adult males and females increased with age,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that serum vitamin A,25(OH)D,vitamin E,and vitamin K levels were significantly positively correlated with age(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to take age and gender into account to evaluate the nutritional status of serum fat-soluble vitamins because of the significant age and gender variations of serum fat-soluble vitamins in healthy adults.
