摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠与高血压并存的一组疾病,是全球孕产妇和围产儿死亡的主要原因之一,其发病机制尚未完全了解,存在多因素、多机制和多通路发病综合征性质,并受遗传和环境等多重因素影响。维生素D生理作用广泛,对人体健康作用显著。近年来,一些研究发现血清维生素D参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生和发展,其血清水平经多项研究已证实受其代谢通路基因多态性影响。现分析总结维生素D及其代谢通路基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性,为临床医师采取适当有效的干预措施提供更多的理论依据。
Hypertensive disorder of pregnancy(HDP)refers to a group of diseases,in which pregnancy coexists with hypertension.It is one of the major causes of maternal and perinatal mortality worldwide.The pathophysiology of HDP has not been completely clarified.There are multiple factors,multiple mechanisms and multiple pathways in the nature of the syndrome,which are affected by multiple factors such as heredity and environment.Vitamin D has a wide range of physiological effects and plays a significant role in maintaining human health.In recent years,some studies have found that serum vitamin D is involved in the occurrence and development of HDP,and its serum level has been confirmed by multiple studies to be affected by its metabolic gene polymorphism.This article analyzes and summarizes the correlation between vitamin D and its metabolic pathway gene polymorphism and HDP,so as to provide more theoretical basis for clinicians to take appropriate and effective intervention measures.
